I.C.A.N. UPDATE

Dear ICAN Members,

Another meeting is scheduled for H668 which prevents tax dollars from being spent on Gender Transition surgery.   We need to support this legislation and encourage our legislators to get it passed.  We are also looking to have people give public testimony in favor of the bill.  If you can, please sign up for public testimony for this Thursday, March 7th, at 1:30 p.m.  This bill prevents public funds from being spent for sex change procedures on both children and adults.
