Dear I.C.A.N. Member, 

As we begin the 2026 watch of legislation, there are a few proposed bills we will be supporting.  Please keep these in prayer. We will keep you posted as they move through the legislative process.   


APP Store Accountability Act – Requires owners of Apps to have age verifications for users and to display an age rating of the Apps.  Age restrictions on access to online apps and pornography.  Allows for Attorney General enforcement.


Bill to prohibit referrals for out of state sex change procedures.  Allows civil lawsuits and AG enforcement.


Bill to grant AG with authority to prosecute human trafficking if asked by County – Prosecutor or law enforcement. 


Bill that would allow lawsuits for parents and AG intervention when children are socially sexually transitioned without parental permission.


These proposed pieces of legislation have not formally been introduced, but when they are we will notify you so you can contact your representatives.
