Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and emails with professionalism and warmth
Manage the church calendar, including scheduling meetings, events, and facility use
Maintain accurate church records, attendance, and servant databases
Provide administrative support to pastors and ministry leaders, including document preparation, correspondence, and scheduling
Oversee general office operations including office supplies and equipment
Assist in preparing bulletins, newsletters, announcements, and digital communications
Support coordination and communication with servants for services and ministry events
Collaborate with the Administrative Pastor to improve policies, systems, and administrative processes
Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive information
Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate degree or higher in office administration or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office management experience
Church or nonprofit experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Familiarity with church management software preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Alignment with the vision, and values of Restored Community Church
Working Conditions
Primarily onsite at the church office in Eagle, Idaho
Occasional flexibility for remote administrative tasks
Regular interaction with pastors, staff, servants, and congregants
