I.C.A.N. team, 

Finally, some good news! 

Idaho SB 1100, or the Bathroom Bill, was signed into law almost a year ago by our governor.

It stated that students in schools must use the bathrooms assigned to their biological sex at birth.

Almost immediately, some gender-confused students filed a lawsuit in court, putting the bill on hold. After almost a year, the 9th circuit court of appeals ruled that the students were not likely to be successful and they’ve allowed the bathroom bill to go into full effect right here in Idaho. 

Pastor Ben, and the entire ICAN team would like to thank those who made calls and sent emails encouraging their representatives to support this vital bill. 

ICAN just became WEDID!
