Another Victory Update;

Idaho leads the way, once again, in the pro-life arena!  This bill was lead and sponsored by Senator Tammy Nichols, she worked so hard against Planned Parenthood and other pro-choice groups who tried effortlessly to kill the bill.

Senate Bill 1046 was signed into law by Governor Brad Little on March 27, 2025  requiring the state’s schools to provide “human growth and development instruction” for public school students in grades 5 to 12.  This instruction is to include an ultrasound showing the development of the brain, heart, and other organs as well as a “high-quality, computer-generated rendering or animation showing the process of fertilization and every stage of human development inside the uterus.”

Idaho is a pioneer in the pro-life movement and this pivotal movement is just getting started!
