As I write this In Touch update, the framers are beginning to work on what will be our upstairs classrooms where we will, Lord willing, teach adult classes on marriage, parenting, evangelism, financial stewardship, and so much more. We are already praying for the spiritual transformation of those who will enter these rooms in our new Restored Life Center at RCC. God has been so faithful throughout our construction, and we’ve had the opportunity to share Christ (in multiple languages) with many of the workers, as well as host them for an occasional lunch onsite. Please continue to pray for the safety of the workers and the finances to cover the project. So many people continue to give from far and wide. This weekend in our series, called From Pit to Palace – The Life of Joseph, we’ll see Jacob’s response to learning that his long-lost son is alive. He recognizes God’s hand in moving Joseph to Egypt to save people, including the small nation of Israel, from the world-wide famine. When things look hopeless, it’s important to remember that God is both good and faithful. The message this week is titled, “The Wisdom of a Grandfather”. I hope you can join us in-person or online!
 
Upcoming Events:
Men’s Football, Fellowship, and Food! Sunday, October 8 at 5pm at RCC we invite the guys to join us for free hamburgers, hotdogs, and football. Men, bring your favorite side-dish or dessert to share!  We’ll televise the game.
