Hi friend,
For the last several weeks we’ve looked at passages telling the story of God’s people who’ve walked with God, turned away from Him, and then repented, returned, and experienced God’s Restoration and forgiveness.
On Sunday, October 27th @ 10am, we will come together to hold one large service in order to pray for our country to repent and return to God as His people in order that America might be sparred for a time of revival and salvation. We’re calling this special day – A Cry To Heaven. In addition to our regular parking, we have received permission to park at Eagle High, just around the corner on Park Ave. We will run spiffy shuttle buses to and from to provide easy and fun access to our church. I can’t wait to experience all of this as we come together to pray for our nation just days before the election.
I leave tomorrow to attend the memorial service of a good friend, Keith Keyeski, who many of you know helped to plant Restored Community Church. This Sunday, I have asked our youth pastor – Cole Loftus – to fill in for me. Pastor Cole is bringing a message called, Wasting Time – Temporary Opportunity For An Eternal Lifetime. I hope you’ll come and worship in-person, if possible.

October 31 @ 6pm: RCC FALL FESTIVAL. This is our second annual event which we hold as an alternative to the other holiday. We’ll have games, a chili cook-off, a hayride, and fun for the entire family. Oh! And the candy! Bring the kiddos, grandkiddos, your best chili, and if you can serve by helping to run games or supervise the fun, please sign up on our HOME page under “Coming Events”.
