Hi friend,

This Sunday I’ve called all of Restored Community Church together for 1 Service @ 10am for a holy convocation of prayer called “A Cry to Heaven”. This is a first for our church and you’ll want to be there for this special event – calling on God to save America. As we inch closer to election day – the most important election of our lives – we need to come together and ask God for mercy and grace as a people and as a nation. We see examples of this in the Books of Joel, Deuteronomy and others as examples of moments in history when God’s people desperately needed God’s forgiveness and favor.

I hope you plan on coming and bring your friends and family! You can beat the parking lot hassle by driving straight over to Eagle High School (just around the corner on Park Ave) and hopping on a friendly and fun shuttle bus that drops you at the front door of Restored. I hope to see you all this Sunday at 10am!

UPCOMING EVENTS:

FALL FESTIVAL - Next Thursday, October 31 is our 2nd annual Kidz Fall Fest at RCC! The fun begins at 6pm and goes until 8pm. We’ll have games for the kiddos, a hayride for everyone, and our first Chili Cookoff! We’ll have hot dogs and hot heaters to get warm under while you eat a bowl of deliciousness.

SERVANTS NEEDED: We still need servants with able hands and hearts to help at some of the booths - we supply EVERYTHING, you just show up. If you want to serve both God and the community, click here to sign up.

Friday, November 1 @ 6pm - Operation Christmas Child is right around the corner! We kick it off with a Packing Party where we will fill boxes with toys and the Gospel for about 600 kids in third-world countries where most have never heard the name, “Jesus”. Sign up here to be a part of the packing party. Then, beginning on Sunday November 3, you can pick up boxes and fill them on your own. This is a great way to model the love of Christ as you include your kids and/or grandkids in shopping and packing boxes. Then, stop and have them pray for the child’s heart to be open to Jesus. Include the whole family! The final day to bring boxes back is on Sunday, November 24.

The 7th Annual Servant Appreciation Dessert is Friday, November 15th @ 7pm in the Restored Life Center. If you serve at church in any capacity, you are invited to be our guest as we celebrate your faithfulness to the Lord, and the Body of Christ at RCC. You can RSVP here.
