First a little business. I want to quickly dispel a rumor that’s popped up concerning my safety. Currently, there is no known threat directed at myself or the church and I don’t know how this got started. If you hear it, please help us squash it before it gets any larger. Thank you!
Tomorrow (Thursday) night is The National Day of Prayer down at the Capitol at 6pm. Myself, and other pastors from several churches, will be leading everyone in a focused time of prayer for our nation and its leaders. I hope you can join us!
Moms! This Sunday is Mother’s Day, and I want to remind everyone to invite and/or bring to church all the moms in your life. We have a Gift for all our mothers - a new Book titled "Richer By The Dozen" by a dear friend and passionate mother of 12 - Pam Mutz.
Ladies, Pam will also be here in person the following weekend, and this Sunday is the last Sunday to register in the lobby or online at our website.
-Friday May 15 Pam will hold a Q&A for ALL our mommas, hosted by Restored Mommas.
-Saturday she’ll speak to ALL women encouraging them to “Embrace Surrender One Yes at a Time”. Bring your Mother’s Day book, or buy one Saturday, to be signed by the Author!
Bulletproof, our all-church 7-week Bible study begins Wednesdays June 3 from 7p to 8:30p. This summer’s topic is Heaven, Hell, and Life After Death. Sign up to host or attend a table. Bring a friend or 7. It’s a great way to connect. Kids’ classes for birth through 5th grade. Tables for youth.
This Summer is shaping up to be one of our most impactful in our church’s history. I hope you’ll come and share the experience with others in your life who need Jesus and His encouragement!
