This weekend my message is called “A Hope That Transforms” from John 20:19-31. We’re coming to a close of our study called “The Gospel of John Series” next week. Don’t miss one of the most-powerful chapters in all of the Bible!
Greeting's friend,
This weekend is our most-attended services as we celebrate Mother’s Day! We look forward to seeing our moms (and everyone else, too) and celebrating them. God created the office of motherhood for a very good reason and we can’t wait to love on and appreciate each one of you.
This weekend my message is like no other Mother’s Day message I’ve ever given. We’ll answer the question for many moms; What do I do with my kids when storms arrive? The short answer is:

With spring in full swing, everything is coming back to life! Not only does that apply to the beautiful world which God created, but also to the church He has planted through Restored!
This weekend you will see our finished block worship center. Keep in mind, this is only the worship center portion of the building. Offices, The Restored Christian Preschool/Kids wing, adult classrooms, and The Truck-Stop Café will all enclose this block structure on every side. Have I mentioned that we’ll have 3 times the bathrooms we now have? And God is not only growing our future worship spaces; more importantly, He’s growing us numerically by drawing more and more people to RCC. This means we currently have seating issues, and if we’re going to have a challenge, this is the one we want!
This weekend in our study of the Book of John we begin chapter 18 with a sermon titled “5 Responses to Persecution.” We can all see ourselves in the life of Peter; one moment confidently walking with Jesus, and the next falling down in our faith at times. We will see Jesus’ response, Judas’ response, and Peter’s response to persecution. I hope you will join us.
This week we’ve followed the final week of Jesus’ life as we’ve walked through Passion Week. It’s Friday. God’s still working. And Sunday’s coming! I hope you can join us this weekend with family and friends. This will be a special time of worship and fellowship. My message is called “The Evidence for Easter” and we’ll look at a few of the reasons we can believe Christ is alive and sitting at the right-hand of the Father. We serve a risen Savior!
Jesus takes His disciples to the upper room and they celebrate the Passover with a meal together. While there, He takes on the look and practice of a servant and washes the feet of all 12 men. They are taken back at this act of servanthood but Jesus shows them this is what it looks like to be great in the kingdom.
Jesus institutes the first communion with the 11 disciples telling them to remember what He’s about to do for them.
