God blesses Joseph’s obedience and integrity; Jacob’s life of faithfulness; and the nation – His chosen – He’s promised to multiply in both number and influence. This weekend in our series, called From Pit to Palace – The Life of Joseph, we’ll see Jacob’s response to learning that his long-lost son is alive. He recognizes God’s hand in moving Joseph to Egypt to save people, including the small nation of Israel, from the world-wide famine.
