Greetings friend,
What a weather week we’ve had these last 7 days! God opened the treasury of snow and gave us a glimpse of His power and might. This weekend we’ll likely see some rain, but we will endeavor to persevere, come together to worship the Lord, and celebrate our 7th Vision Dessert as a church Sunday afternoon, January 21st.
Greetings friend,
Well, winter has finally arrived! This weekend we could see 3 to 6 inches of snowfall and I want everyone to be prepared in advance.
First, our church will be open for in-person worship. If conditions are light, we will hold all 4 of our weekend services, if conditions are severe, we may cancel a couple of our service times.
The key is to check your email regularly this weekend for current updates!
I pray you had a wonderful Christmas celebrating the birth of our King, Jesus! We sure did. The final week of the year sets into motion several other celebrations as we always pause to take A Look Back and remember what God has done for, and through, our church. Then, the first week of the new year we will take A Look Forward as we consider how God wants to use us to reach the lost in the coming months. I hope you can join us for both of these insightful weekends!
Greetings and Merry Christmas to you,
With just days left before we celebrate one of the greatest moments, certainly the greatest birth, to ever happen in history! Most of creation – knowingly or unknowingly – are celebrating the arrival of Mankind’s Hero, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
This weekend we continue our Christmas mini-series called, "The Cast of Christmas" with "Joseph – The Quiet Leader". Just as God prepared and chose Mary to birth and nurture the Savior of the world. He prepared and chose Joseph to carry out the plan of protection for our new-born King! We will see that great leadership begins with obediently submitting one’s life to God’s plans.
Last weekend we began our Christmas series called, “The Cast of Christmas” where we’re looking at the cast of characters from the familiar story. We began, of course, with the Star of Our Story – Jesus. This weekend we’ll continue with “Mary, Chosen Among Men.” I hope you can be in one of the services and that you’ll bring someone who needs to hear the Christmas story and the Gospel.
This weekend we will look at this important topic in a message I’ve titled – “Living a Life of Thankfulness” and I want to ask you to pause your busy schedule to join us for this important reminder about how to live life with a heart of gratitude. I hope to see you at one of our services this weekend.
This weekend my sermon is called, "Unwrapping the Rapture" and I want to give you 5 things to remember about that Great Day when Jesus comes back to the clouds and calls us home. I hope you can join us!
Last weekend we began our new series called, “What Happens Next – The Order of the End of Time”. With the Middle East erupting in war, so many people are asking pertinent questions regarding what the Bible has to say about the news headlines we’re seeing in the media. If you missed our first sermon you can watch it here:
